At Ulteume Transfert, customer satisfaction and transaction security are our top priorities. We are committed to processing your transfers quickly and securely. However, due to the nature of our service (international money transfer), certain transactions cannot be canceled once processed.
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
The transfer has not yet been processed or delivered to the recipient.
A transaction error caused by a technical issue on our system.
A payment that was mistakenly charged or duplicated.
Refunds will not be granted if:
The transfer has already been delivered, collected, or paid to the recipient.
The customer provided incorrect or incomplete recipient information.
The processing time matches the conditions shown during the transaction.
Valid refund requests will be reviewed within 5 to 10 business days.
Once approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
To request a refund:
Send an email to support@ulteumetransfert.com with your transaction details (reference number, amount, date, and reason).
